Abstract

The paper deals with research and development of a new method for evaluating the signal/noise ratio, based on the statistical characteristics of the emission of stochastic processes used to assess the accuracy of the information obtained, improving noise immunity, as well as for the optimization of telemetry, commandand ranging system of satellite communication.
