Abstract

Paper is oriented toward studying the two axis vibratory microelectromechanical system, built-in on the electrical board controlling a miniature unmanned aerial vehicle. Knowing that noises has the greatest impact on the functionality of the MEMS gyroscope, it is very important, to keep their vibration frequency away from the resonant value of the gyroscope by decreasing the resultant output error of the controller of the gyroscope.
